Why keep all of it
Most restaurants quietly delete old event pages. There is a reasonable argument for it — nobody is booking a table for a 2015 brunch.
The argument against is that taken together these pages are a record. Popstar bottomless brunches, twelve consecutive days of December promotions, charity dinners for a dog rescue, Rosh Hashanah prix fixe menus and a World Cup beer list organised by nation. That is the actual texture of seventeen years on P Street, and it is worth more intact than deleted.
