The formats that work off-site
A menu built for a dining room does not automatically survive a car journey. These are the parts that do.
- Breakfast & coffee service
- Pastries, toast boxes, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The most requested catering we do, and the one an 8 AM restaurant is genuinely built for.
- Sandwich & salad platters
- The reliable centre of office catering. Travels perfectly, holds for an hour, and covers most dietary requirements without a separate order.
- Small plates & share boards
- Hummus and grilled pita, truffled popcorn, quesadillas, lettuce wraps. Designed to be eaten standing up.
- Grain bowls & composed salads
- For lunch meetings where a platter feels too casual. Dressings packed separately.
- Desserts & sweets
- House-made desserts by the tray. Ask what came out of the pastry section that morning.
- Full-service events
- For at-home celebrations that need more than drop-off, the events team can arrange staffing.
Ordering well

- Give the headcount honestly
- Padding by 20% produces waste, not generosity. The kitchen portions for real numbers.
- Flag dietary needs at the order, not the delivery
- Vegan, gluten-free and allergy requirements are straightforward with notice and awkward without.
- Say what time people actually eat
- Not the time the meeting starts — the time the food gets opened. It changes what the kitchen sends.
- Decide on setup
- Drop-off is the default. Setup and staffing are available and need to be agreed in advance.

A few days is workable for standard platters. Larger or fully customized orders need more, and December needs considerably more.

Yes. Delivery is available across the surrounding neighborhoods, and setup can be arranged for larger orders.
Can catering menus be customized?
Yes. The catering menu is a starting point rather than a fixed list, and dietary and budget requirements are built in from the start.
Do you cater breakfast?
Breakfast catering is one of our strengths, for the simple reason that the kitchen is already running a full breakfast service every morning.
Can you staff an event at my home?
For at-home celebrations that need more than drop-off, staffing can be arranged through the events team.
