What thirty dollars a head bought
Priced out individually, the package is a coffee, half a bottle of sparkling with juice, three oysters and a brunch entree per person. Ordered separately from the regular menu that is comfortably more than thirty dollars, which is the entire point of a package.
The two juices matter more than they sound. A bottle of sparkling plus two juices is a mimosa service rather than a glass of wine — you build them at the table, at whatever ratio you actually like.
Booked as a weekend, not a night
Running the offer across both Saturday and Sunday rather than on the fourteenth alone is the sensible version of a Valentine’s promotion. It spreads a single evening’s demand across four brunch services and means a couple can have the good table instead of the one by the door at nine forty-five.
